The Website Content Checklist: What to Send Your Web Designer

The faster you send your content, the faster and better your website can be built. Use this checklist.

Your checklist

• Logo (a clear image file)
• Business description (2–3 short paragraphs)
• Services or products list
• Prices, or how customers should enquire
• Photos of your place, work or products
• Real customer testimonials, only if you have permission to use them
• Contact details: phone, WhatsApp, email
• Social media links
• Location and opening hours

Why it matters

Waiting for missing photos or text is a common reason projects slow down. We handle the design, layout and setup, and you provide the content. See our Basic Business Website and FAQ.

Tip: save a screenshot of this checklist on your phone.
